Attending: Meredith, Lannie, Jayson, Dylan, Sam, Rich, Tamar, Barb, Jesee

DIRECTOR (Lannie):

• Can you send out a link (or send it to Meredith and she will send it) to the video of the previous Palace production?
• Let Rich know what you would like the Apollo image to be.

MUSICAL DIRECTOR (JB):

CHOREOGRAPHER (Jesee):

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR/SETS (Ron):

• Dylan needs to meet with you.
• Lannie would like a lip put around the bottom of the raised platform for safety.
• Sam wants to know if he gets a dedicated A2 as he was promised.

SCENIC ARTIST (Barb):

• Stage floor needs to be painted flat black.
  
• Flats will be used for multiple purposes; Lannie would like plaster brick in a generic plaster color
• 2 sliding doors should match in color
• Elevator doors should be mildly metallic
• Rich says beige is better for projections
• Still doing bandstands for the Winter Dance Party; probably be 4 stands; should say "WDP '59" or "Winter Dance Party 1959"

PROPS (Tamar):

• For Hipockets's office, Lannie would like non-rolling office chairs and a different table than the one that is currently on the rehearsal stage.
• There will be a wall behind the Hipockets studio on the raised platform that can dressed.
• Everyone likes the period mics Tamar found at Hobby Lobby.  

COSTUMES (Tamar):

• Black and royal blue will replace the white in costumes used in Clearlake

SOUND (Sam):

• Tamar is buying period looking mics from Hobby Lobby that could be used instead of actual mics. 
• Lannie says there may not be a speaker inside of Petty's recording booth.
• Sam wants to know if he gets a dedicated A2 as he was promised.
• Lannie nees 3 Elvis mics for the ladies (these can be fake), 1 for Ben, 1 for the Bopper, 1 for Lannie, 1 for Ritchie, and 1 for Nathan, Cody, and Sean.  (I think this is right, but you may want to check with Lannie to be sure.)
• The sax will be going wireless and use a bell mic.
• For "True Love Ways", we can have either wireless or area mic like last time.
• Recording voiceovers, band, and curtain speech (Bill) on June 19, 2014.
• Will add body mics on June 21, 2014

LIGHTING (Dylan):

• Lannie wants to do the end silhouette the same as last time.
• Dylan says he could do a gobo over the SR exit that says EXTASIS.
• Lannie wants Hipockets to read final voiceover part live instead of showing newspaper montage.

VIDEO PROJECTIONS & PHOTO SHOOT (Rich):

• Lannie wants to do the end silhouette the same as last time.
• Will you please email the images you had from the meeting to Meredith?
• Can we get an Apollo silhouette above the Apollo band, which is behind a scrim?
• Lannie will let Rich know what he'd like the Apollo image to be.
• Lannie likes the larger Petty Studios logo and the smaller Clovis logo.
• We will have to do a photo shoot for a new picture of the band since Tim wasn't in the previous production.
• Lannie wants Hipockets to read final voiceover part live instead of showing newspaper montage.

STAGE MANAGER (Meredith):

• send Sam the contact information so he can assign mics  DONE

CREW:

• So far, we have four crew members: Regina Erwin (Backstage Crew), Jim Mutzbaugh (Backstage Crew), Sarah Duensing (Backstage Crew), and Tammy Hilboldt (Spot Op).

MISC.:

• Bill Stephens has had to withdraw from the show, and Cody Eastman will be taking over his roles.
