GENERAL:
- Despite some issues preshow, GREAT SHOW EVERYONE!! Way to shake a tail feather, ladies! Everyone sounded and looked great, and the crowd loved you! Way to hustle, crew!!
- As is the way with live theatre, sh!t happened, but we overcame!!
- House opened at 7:17pm due to some sound issues.
- Opening night performance!
CAST:
Thanks, Nathan, for helping set new sound levels with the instruments!
Please DO NOT leave trash in the green room. Clean up any food or other trash that you bring in. Tamar and others have to work in that room, plus, it attracts vermin.
Please make sure that you are going to your place as soon as places is called so that the crew does not have to find you.
Please have friends and family wait for you in the green room. Cast only in the dressing rooms and dressing room hallway, please!
If you have any issues or need help (ex. quick changes, preset props, etc.), please talk to Jayson. The crew is there to help you, but they can't if they don't know what you need.
Make sure you are doing your clean up jobs at the end of rehearsal/performance. Otherwise, someone else has to do it, and that's not cool!
It's time to SIGN IN!! Sheets are taped up in the hallway outside the dressing rooms. Please make sure you sign in when you arrive.

If you'd like to contribute to buy more water, just give me the dinero, and I will buy it for everyone. There is water in the fridge, but if you would like non-refridgerated water, it has moved into the hall outside the dressing rooms. It's in a yellow, soft-sided cooler.

COSTUMES/MAKEUP:
- Mary K's Clearlake petticoat needs to be fixed.
PROPS:
- Is the reel to reel working? It looked like the tape might be coming off the reels.
LIGHTING/FX:
- LQ1.5 didn't work correctly. Light is supposed to come up faintly on the Hayriders, but no light change happened.
- Need more intensity in LQ80.5
- Movers got parked, but Ron fixed it 1/2 way through Apollo scene
SET:
SOUND:
- Is "Mailman" fixed?
PROJECTIONS:
- Skating rink projection kept flashing.
- Going into the Apollo scene, the Norman Petty studio projection stayed on. It's supposed to go out with LQ25, but it didn't.
- The Brunswick Studios projection didn't go with LQ85
